Fitness Goals: (4 times this week)
Squats with dumbbells (or cans of food if you don’t have dumbbells!) - 20 reps
Bicycle Crunches - 20 reps
7-10 Push ups

15 minutes of cardio! - Walk, run, skip, jump rope. If it gets your heart rate rising, it’ll work!
Nutrition Goals:
NO sweets this week!
Find new salad toppings this week to spice up your salad! Try fruit, like mango or strawberries, chickpeas, corn, peppers, berries, nuts. The options are literally ENDLESS! Try new salad dressings like salad spritzers, they cost about $3 and are only 1-2 calorie PER SPRAY!ALSO don’t forget to log your points for week 2! Use the spreadsheet link posted on your team blog!

When you put it like this it seems sad that I haven’t worked out in as long as it has been. I will work out again by Friday. My week is just demanding as fuck with school. But this is my work and I shall be sticking to it!

This is a good before and after, however, I don’t think that you lose almost 100lbs and reduce your body fat by only 16%. Her body fat at 222lbs is closer to 35% or higher. And she did more than just P90X. She would have had to focus on her diet as well.
I agree. My body fat at 165 is 35%.. so there is no way she is 27% body fat at 222. She is not 11% at 137 lbs either.. she looks closer to 18%. 11% on a female body would be close to nothing. She definitely had to focus on her diet.. and I’m sure this is a few rounds of P90X. She didn’t lose 100 lbs in 3 months.. lol.
